⚠️ Ceuta crisis deepens as EU readies Frontex support
One month after 72,000 people crossed from Morocco into Ceuta, 5,000 to 8,000 remain on the streets; Pedro Sánchez imposed a single command only three weeks after the arrival. The EU is preparing Frontex, Europol and EUAA support following a request from Fernando Grande-Marlaska. The promised return of unaccompanied minors to Morocco is blocked by the 2021 conviction of two Ceuta officials for unlawfully returning 55 minors.
Economist predicts wave of evictions, partly like 2008
Economist Santiago Niño Becerra says Spain has no housing bubble but runaway prices because residential demand exceeds supply. He predicts a wave of evictions that will partly resemble the 2008 crisis. He attributes high demand to a lack of alternative investment options and excess money in some pockets.

Regional president López Miras asks to deploy the military to protect Murcia's coasts.
