Terms of Use
Effective: September 14, 2026. The plain-English rules for using Spanified.
What Spanified is
Spanified publishes the Spain Daily — a free morning briefing on Spanish news in English, delivered on this site and by email. The service is free forever; there is no account and no paywall.
How the content is made
Summaries are based on real reporting, drafted with the help of AI and reviewed by a human editor (how it works). Every story links to its original sources so you can verify anything in one click. If you spot a mistake, tell us — we fix errors.
Not professional advice
News about visas, taxes, property, or health is information, not advice. Rules change and summaries are short by design — always check official sources or a qualified professional before making decisions.
Acceptable use
Read, share, and quote us with a link — that is what we are here for. Do not republish full editions as your own, scrape the site aggressively, abuse the subscribe form, or use our content to mislead. We may block misuse to keep the service running for everyone.
Intellectual property
Our design, logo, and selection of stories are ours. The underlying facts belong to the world; the original reporting belongs to its publishers, always linked from every story.
No warranties, limited liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the digest or for temporary outages. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Spanified grows (new products will get their own notes where needed). Material changes will be noted here. Questions: [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
